Winter Soiree | Wedding Style Inspiration

Last week I had the pleasure of co-hosting a festive and insanely beautiful event with my dear friend and occasional co-worker Krissy from Sweet Water Caravan. The idea began as a small, close-knit Friendsgiving and in time we both realized that our table was too small for the amount of lovely friends we have in this industry. Krissy wanted to launch her new mobile bar with some moody vibes so we reached out to our best buds in the area to help us style a Winter Soiree for our fellow vendors, entrepreneurs like us who don’t get the chance to attend a company holiday party. Baci Designer outfitted the invitation and stationery suite, beautiful menus and table numbers adorned each farmhouse table from Rivercrest Farm, who opened their doors, lent us decor and even stocked the barn with not one but FOUR Christmas trees. Three Sprouts Catering cooked up the most delicious meal, Molly Taylor + Co prettied up the place even more with THE MOST amazing florals and garlands set atop the dark and lush velvet linens from L’Nique Linens. Miller’s Party came in strong with the flatware and dishes while The Wandering Wildflower supplied us with the beautiful vintage and modern candelabras and brass accents. Throughout the evening, The Brothers Productions sang a chill acoustic set and then DJ’ed us onto the dance floor after dinner while we noshed on the most epic and delicious cake I’ve ever set my eyes on from Hummingbird Bake Shop. All evening we were served the most intricately designed custom cocktails from the Rollo Vend Mobile Bar, the matte black, modern camper that sat front and center in the barn totally stole the show! We sipped on ‘New Philly Sours’, ‘Margs on the Farm’ and so many other delicious, festive concoctions.

The event was attended by the best of the best in the Cleveland and North East Ohio Wedding industry…and also some close friends and family who made the night even more special. We had the best time celebrating our year and cheers’ing to the new decade together. Many thanks to all who worked, created and attended our Winter Soiree, it was everything we hoped it would be and more!
