When Molly Taylor first contacted us about photographing her daughters wedding, Justin and I couldn’t believe it. We felt a surge of simultaneous fear and excitement. Molly Taylor is an award winning, insanely creative floral designer. Her company Molly Taylor & Co is known for their abundant designs, installations and just overall care and personality in the community. Their work is just gorgeous. Molly herself is a pillar of success and entrepreneurship, her shop in Hudson is a destination, not to mention that she’s a badass lady with a big big heart! Her daughter Abby is so sweet. It was important to both Molly and Abby that the photographer for this big day be a little different than a standard photographer. Enter us. We were honored and nervous. As soon as we met Abby and Kilder, on their wedding day no less, we knew they’d made the right decision. We spent the entire day belly-laughing together. Their love is soft yet loud, colorful and layered. They tease each other and never stopped smiling. In the big crowd of people, they always found the other in touch or in glance. The magic that day was palpable. It was such an honor as usual to document this love story but it was an added layer of pride that we were chosen by such wonderful people.
